Please go to Factiva---click on ‘Companies & Markets’ tab from the top—Select Company Name and Type Company name (e.g. Intel Corp’)—Now click on company from the listed results—Click on ‘Reports’ from left panel—Select a template ‘custom reports‘ >> click on Mergers and Acquisitions/ownership changes’ >> select ‘Pdf’ and click on ‘view report’ button –then click on download symbol to download the report.
Marketline
It provides information on top M & A for the last three years and graph on deal activity trend and deal activity by country.
Please go to Companies tab >> Please select company name from drop-down box and type Company name in the search box, tick mark on ‘exact word’ check box then click on search icon>> now click on company from listed results >> click on deals from left panel >> now click on M & A from top to download the required data.
Nexis UNI
M & A information available from 2013 onwards.
Please select company Info from guide search ->> Type company name ->> select mergers & Acquisitions from “and show me box >> click on search >> filter further from left panel >> select the check box and click on download symbol to download the reports/articles.
Orbis
Orbis provides information on M & A like deal status, deal type, deal value & company role etc.
Type the company name on the search box >> click on ‘M&A’ from left panel >> select the parameters as per your requirement >> click on ‘ok’ >> click on view results & download the data.
Refinitiv-Eikon
Eikon covers information on deal size, deal status, announcement date, target name, announcement date, Acquirer nation, target nation, Acquirer industry, rank date etc. M & A data available from 2012 onwards.
Type Company name in search box >> Click on Event >> select Company deals >> Choose Asset Type->> M & A >> Filter the years >> Choose All deals or League table Eligible or standard Exclusions >> download the data as per your requirement like deal statistics, deal list & deal Summary.
Or go to My Apps ->> Search tools ->> Advanced search tools ->> Mergers & Acquisition >> refine your search from left panel >> click on excel icon from right top to download the data.
