Scopus is an abstract and citation database of peer-reviewed literature. It indexes approximately 26,000 peer-reviewed journals (including open-access journals), trade journals, book series conference proceedings, Article-in-Press, and patents. It covers science, social science, and arts and humanities publications. You can search in SCOPUS through author, affiliation, and document-level search. Research Discovery is a new enhanced feature added by SCOPUS that provides a direct and data-driven approach to discovering and connecting with researchers using a keyword search. Web of Science is a platform that provides access to multidisciplinary and regional citation indexes, specialist subject indexes, a patent family index, and an index to scientific data set. WOS provides a common search language, navigation environment, and data structure allowing researchers to search broadly across disparate resources and use the citation connections inherent to the index to navigate to relevant research results and measure impact. It has a high-quality scholarly journal published worldwide (including Open Access journals) science, social sciences, and humanities disciplines. Conference proceedings and book data are also available.
