IIMB LIBRARY
We are using Springshare LibChat for providing virtual reference services to our users. You can do an online chat with our IIMB Library Staff by using this product. You could find these services on the Library website and other related pages.
How to Chat
Please click on the “Chat Now” button, It will pop up a chat window if the Staff is online.
You have to fill up the mandatory field such as Your Name, Email ID, user category, and your query on the chat window. Then click on the “Start Chat.”
If the Libchat is offline, then you will not be able to do online chat. Instead, a widget will popup a query form or you could redirect to the FAQs.
