Dataset Access Guide: Digital Map Data

Profile

Digital ML Infomap provides data sets to comply with accepted standards of spatial integrity. These are vector maps in layers, sourced and digitized from satellite images and special maps. Data sets are updated from field visits and secondary published sources. Map data sets are available in ESRI SHP format with PCA. Metadata is provided in OGC standard. We have digital Map data for 34 STATE EXCLUDING KARNATKA, Uttar Pradesh and Karnataka state.

1. Digital Map data of 34 STATE EXCLUDING KARNATKA (Admin boundary of all India excluding Karnataka) in ESRI SHP format with PCA date 2011. All layers linked with 2011 census PCA (Primary Census Abstract) data. It covers information on State, District, Sub-District & village boundary level data like households, population, literates, scheduled caste. It includes district level PCA like scheduled tribes, workers, marginal workers, and marginal cultivators, household industry workers. It covers village boundary level PCA like unique identification number, main workers, Marginal workers in household industries, Marginal agricultural laborers.

2. Digital Map data 2011 Census-Uttar Pradesh (Village, Panchayat and block boundary and assembly constituency along with the parliamentary constituency). All village boundaries are linked to census demographics. There is over 640 thousand village for 2011. These village offered as point locations.

3. Digital Map data of Karnataka state (State, District, Sub-District & village boundary) in ESRI SHP format with PCA date 2011. All layers linked with 2011 census PCA (Primary Census Abstract) data. It covers information on state-level PCA like households, population, literates, scheduled caste.
